Our pick for the most revealing stretch is “Twist” into “Chi” and “A.D.I.D.A.S.” The tightly wound rhythm and abrupt vocal textures offer something different from the more expansive chorus of “Freak on a Leash.” If you know the singles but have not revisited the older records recently, that is the pocket of the catalog to spend time with before Manchester.
The predicted ending is the release after that pressure: “Falling Away From Me,” “Blind” and the final two songs give the crowd room to recognize a riff immediately and take over. We would save enough energy to enjoy that stretch instead of burning it all at the first chorus.

Use Victoria as the transport anchor
AO Arena is within the Manchester Victoria Station complex, served by trains and Metrolink. The venue’s travel guide gives the location and routes. Check your actual last service for the Halloween Saturday journey home. Choose a return option with a buffer rather than assuming a particular curfew or copying a train time from a previous event.
A small bag, with no backpack
The security policy permits one small bag per person and prohibits backpacks. Its limit for other bags is 30 cm wide by 20 cm long by 20 cm deep, and the arena states that it has no storage facilities. If travelling into Manchester for the weekend, leave luggage at your accommodation before joining the concert queue.
Make Halloween clothing work in an arena
A simple black tee, comfortable shoes and an easy-to-carry layer work well for the change from the outdoor queue to the room. Keep costume accessories compact and check prohibited items before leaving. If you are standing, keep pockets secure and avoid bringing anything that needs a hand throughout the set. Earplugs belong somewhere you can reach before the first band.
Know which entrance your ticket uses
Read the entrance information on the admission ticket and compare it with the venue entrance map. Do this before your group splits for food or a merchandise queue. If driving, precheck parking and the exit route; the venue warns that post-concert road arrangements can affect the journey out.
