AXS entry: check the actual ticket in your account

T-Mobile Arena’s mobile-ticketing instructions direct guests to sign into the AXS app with the purchase email and show their tickets there. If your group will arrive separately, arrange any supported transfers and have recipients accept them before the event. If you keep the tickets together, plan to enter together.

Open the correct event on your phone before setting off, and keep your purchase information available for help at the box office if needed. A payment receipt is not the same as an admission ticket. A clear stadium bag can still be too large
