Metallica Sphere October 31, 2026: Halloween Setlist Prediction & Guide

Metallica lightning emblem with Sphere Las Vegas October 31, 2026 show guide title

Metallica plays Sphere on Halloween, Saturday, October 31, 2026, closing the October 29–31 No Repeat Weekend. Recent Saturday sets point toward “Blackened,” “The Outlaw Torn,” “One” and an “Enter Sandman” finish. The important Halloween decision is less about guessing a novelty cover and more about preparing for the second of two complementary shows.

There is plenty of atmosphere in the date and the venue already. Here is the evidence-led Saturday prediction, the songs most likely to move and a practical plan for getting in without turning your outfit or shopping into a security problem.

Predicted October 31 setlist

The October 17 official report is the latest completed Saturday template used here. Comparing it with October 10 shows the structure holding while selected songs change. The projected order below keeps that structure intact.

  1. Blackened
  2. Fuel
  3. Leper Messiah
  4. Devil’s Dance
  5. 72 Seasons
  6. Harvester of Sorrow
  7. The Day That Never Comes
  8. The Outlaw Torn
  9. Kirk & Rob duet — rotating selection
  10. The Unforgiven
  11. Orion
  12. Hardwired
  13. Whiskey in the Jar
  14. For Whom the Bell Tolls
  15. One
  16. Enter Sandman

What Thursday can tell you before Saturday

Once October 29 has happened, its actual set becomes the most useful final check. No Repeat Weekend applies to the two performances in this pairing, so anything played on Thursday should be removed from a Saturday expectation. It does not mean a song used earlier in October is off-limits for the rest of the month.

That matters especially for “The Day That Never Comes,” “Welcome Home (Sanitarium)” and the instrumentals. October 10 featured “The Call of Ktulu,” while October 17 had “Orion.” The sixth slot has also changed, with “Until It Sleeps” and “Harvester of Sorrow” appearing on those Saturdays. Keep those alternatives on your listening list rather than treating every position as locked.

The most compelling Saturday run is the slower middle opening into the final push: “The Outlaw Torn” and “The Unforgiven” give the evening weight before “Hardwired,” “Whiskey in the Jar” and the closing trio change the pace. This is why a Saturday ticket has its own appeal even if you have already heard “Master of Puppets” on Thursday.

There is no confirmed Halloween-only song or guest announcement behind this prediction. Prepare for the residency’s established Saturday shape; any date-specific surprise can remain a surprise.

Before you go: keep the Halloween plan simple

Use a wearable outfit, then check the ticket

Build your look around clothing you can comfortably sit and walk in. Before bringing masks, elaborate props or bulky accessories, check Sphere’s current prohibited-item guidance and any event email. A Halloween date by itself does not create an exception to entry rules.

Sphere’s Metallica page states that doors open 90 minutes before showtime. Work from the time on your October 31 ticket, allowing for security and the walk to your seat. A reservation elsewhere on the Strip should leave room for that entire arrival process.

Travel light and save the ticket to your wallet

Sphere is at 255 Sands Avenue. Its official visitor FAQ describes a no-bag policy with a small-bag exception of approximately 6 × 6 × 2 inches; medical and diaper-bag exceptions are handled separately. There is no bag or coat check and no re-entry. Leave shopping bags at your hotel before joining the entry line.

Download your mobile ticket in advance and use the entrance shown on it. Sphere is cashless. The FAQ identifies the rideshare pickup and drop-off area at Manhattan Street and Westchester Drive; agree on that meeting point before the post-show crowd disperses. Give yourself time to walk, rather than using a map’s driving arrival estimate as your seat time.

Separate the official experience from online shopping

The official October 31 activity page lists the Life Burns Faster Experience at the Venetian’s Summit Showroom, open Saturday from 10 a.m. until after the show. If you are in town the previous day, Black Box Friday is listed for October 30, 2–8 p.m., at The Stadium at The Palazzo. These are band-listed activities; the custom products below are a separate online option.

A shirt to wear again, or artwork for the wall

For this night, the Fire Monster residency artwork makes more sense than buying a shirt dated for a different October weekend. The acid-washed two-sided tee gives you a faded finish with the broader tour-date design. The poster/canvas listing offers a display alternative if your concert-shirt drawer is already full. Check the selected format and dimensions on the shop page before choosing a frame.

10CODE takes 10% off at checkout. These are custom commemorative items from Merch Report, not verified official Sphere merchandise. The tee lists 7–10 business days to dispatch, plus delivery time; do not rely on a new order arriving for Halloween. If buying more than one keepsake, compare available checkout promotions, remembering separate coupon codes may not combine.

Compare both halves with the October 29 Thursday guide. Looking for another Halloween concert in Las Vegas? See Doja Cat at T-Mobile Arena. Information checked October 23, 2026; setlist is predicted.
